Kosta Mendelov - APEX INSTITUTE, Head of Research & Development (ICOR)
Doctor Kosta Mendelov is sixty-two, and is of Russian descent. He's been in America most of his life and has no trace of an accent.
He's a member of "The Eye", but is purely human and only works in the capacity of a genetic engineer for the corporate side. He only joined the order because after years of working for Apex it was too difficult to hide the fact that there were a lot of restricted areas that he wasn't allowed to go.
A man of science it was difficult for him to wrap his mind around the truth of the preternatural world, but once he did, he was completely onboard with the agenda of the 'other side' of ICOR.
Kosta is honest, trusting and a good friend. He's an exceptional teacher and enjoys broadening people's perspectives. Not only can he speak Russian, but French and German as well. He's an accomplished pianist and a physicist as well as a geneticist.
