Rachel Stone - OMENSVALE PD, Detective
Rachel is the partner of Colt Thompson. Whenever there's case that involves something preternatural that needs to be kept out of the public and swept under the rug, they're the ones assigned to it. They essentially work for ICOR.
Rachel's above average height, in her mid thirties. She grew up in Brooklyn, and ended up in Omensvale after being shot in the line of duty. A promotion came after the hospital time, and she was drawn to, of all places, the small New York city. Being preternatural she was drawn by the Gloam. Rachel is an 'Enhanced' individual. She developed heightened senses, inhuman vision, long range hearing and the olfactory organs of a canine. Abilities which in her trade can come in handy.
In her particular case, her heightened abilities are not as inhibited by human perception because they're basically unseen and thus not often questioned. Thus she doesn't possess that level of magic that would affect her firearm, or other fire arms. She exists more in the natural world.
Rachel's not above getting rid of someone to obscure the truth, but she's far more wary of murder than her partner. For her it's a last resort.
