CRIMINAL ORGANIZATIONS
Omensvale doesn't need to worry about contending with the crime syndicates that plague larger cities, but it is not without criminal elements in the form of drugs, prostitution, extortion, and supremacists. Naturally, some will be influenced by Krius, but these are basically stand alone organizations that disturb the peace in Omensvale. Antagonists that your characters are more than welcome to utilize and even destroy. There are always going to be criminal elements growing in the shadows or passing through and writers can depict these anytime they need.
THE SONS OF BLOOD
The 'Sons of Blood' are Nazi Biker Gang with five Chapters in the Eastern Seaboard Area. The Chapter focused on Omensvale is based in Paterson, the largest city in Passaic County, New Jersey. They're looking to expand in New York, and feel that Omensvale would make a good gateway.
The expanse began three years ago, but has only just started to gain momentum over the past year. Part of the reason attributing to the gang's rise in power, is an increase in the demand for drugs, and as the gang grows clashes with the preternatural community are becoming more common. Exposure is imminent, so all the forces-that-be are trying to deal with the problem without starting an all-out war with the gang.
The gang deals in drugs, prostitution, and the sale of illegal firearms, not to mention they're White Supremacists who display a swastika in their logo. Not only are the Son of Blood a threat to the community with their drugs, but they also spread racist hate in the form of media and racist rallies.
They've been empowered by the new president, Alexander Duke and feel that they have been chosen to carry out his will and purge the country of it's impurities. Members are starting to threaten non-Whites in the area, and tensions are rising in the Native community.
* While this gang does not yet have a preternatural element to it, as it's name might suggest, a vampyre connection could be explored. White Supremacist Nazi Vampyres, could there be a better villain?
