The PACK
In Omensvale, the predominant preternatural transformation of the Lenape people, and other locals is into Shape-Shifters, specifically of the Wolf Totem. They are the only species of the kind that are bound to pack, thus when they inevitably transform on the full moon they are drawn to one another. This does not mean in anyway that if your character is a Wolf Shape-Shifter, they HAVE to pack. It is simply their nature, and you can depict them however you desire. The pack mentality is NOT an extinct that transfers to their human form.
The leader of the pack is Jared Waken.

Joe Headstone
River Blackstar
Denim Sundown
They are all Lenape, and therefor also share a tribal bond, which unites them. Joe, however, being a hermit keeps to himself when he's not walking about on four legs.
The Black Lake Pack, as they may be called, see themselves as the guardians of the forest. They defend it from intruders who disrespect it and the animals within it. They also hunt down and kill monstrous and malevolent preternatural entities that threaten everyone.
They try to keep out of sight, but once in a while they are spotted, which leads people to question how a wolf pack can exist in Sterling Forest? Just another Omensvale mystery. Writers of Wolf Shape-Shifter Characters are allowed and encouraged to include and write the canon of 'The Pack'. As is the custom of the site, all are welcome to write the canon and share in their development.
